These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Applications and related services provided through mobilyptic.com (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services."

1. Purpose and Scope

Mobilyptic applications provide general informational content, motivational tools, and habit-tracking features aimed at personal use. The suggestions, tips, or any content you find in our Applications are not intended to replace professional advice.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Refunds: Subject to platform policies and applicable consumer protection laws

Our Applications utilize third-party services with their own terms:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Expo
• Adapty
• Apple Services

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." EONEVOLVE disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Paid Services in the last 12 months, or 50 TRY maximum.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

9. Changes to Terms

EONEVOLVE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our Website or Application, and continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
