You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How It Works

Identity Verification

We will send a confirmation email to verify your identity within 5 business days.

Account Deleted

Upon verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You will lose all habit data, streaks, goals, and premium subscription benefits. Consider exporting your data before proceeding.
